I'm a pThe Ashtanga practice consists of set asana (posture) sequences with a strong emphasis on the alignment of movement and breath, or vinyasa. Traditinally passed down from teacher to student, Ashtanga  follows the lineage of the great teachers Sri. Krishnamacharya and Sri. K Pattabhi Jois.
